Rain at last :)
Finally, it rained...
You may wonder why it was a big deal to me that it did. The temperature where I am at averaged at 36C and today is predicted to be the hottest at 37C. I survived because I took a bath when the temperature was at its peak but generally, the heat renders me immobile. Mom said that I should get a job soon so I won't have to endure the heat since I will be working in an air-conditioned office. I have to disagree since going from the office to the hot temperature outside will just trigger my colds. She said instead to go to the mall but the heat exhausted me. I just do not want to move period.
Hurray for the first rain of May. At least the temperature went down a bit. So happy I want to dance in the rain but I am too old to do that. Haha! Happy first of May.
I am terrible in heat. Absolutely no tolerance. But I love rain! So I hear ya.
ReplyDeleteBTW, I saw your comment on my hope floats post and I'm glad that things sound like they are getting better for you. I get the comments emailed to me on my phone so I saw it but did not have time to get online and respond. I was wondering about you, hoping things were getting better. I hope it has and it sounds like it since you are probably going to start this job. Just keep your chin up and everything will good again. :)
