All the World's a Stage

I knew I haven't updated for a while. I was occupied by our upcoming musical entitled Selphie. I'm not sure if I mentioned before that I am a member of Singles for Christ. The people who are working with this musical are all members of the Couples for Christ community which I am a part of. Anyway, every year this group named 29AD comes up with a concert as a means to bless people and this year they decided to come up with a musical. It is a story about how a mother's faith in God saved her family. The script was original and the music was re-arranged by Tito Nonong. I wanted to be a part of it because I knew it was for a good cause and I also love to sing and dance.

Truth is the reason I continued on with the group is because they give me hope. There are times that I get impatient but most of the time, I had fun practicing the songs and dances. Honestly, I don't know what I'm going to do after all this is up. I will miss the bonding moments --the laughs and the tears (that's how touching the show is). When I felt down, I find myself singing one of the songs from the play to pick me up.

The big show is on Thursday and we have already claimed victory from the start. It is an honor to witness with my own eyes how something as small as this touch other people's lives. I hope those who will watch will feel as blessed as we are.

To God be the glory! =)
